Navigate to the Customer: First, open your customer list and find the customer you'd like to create a quote for.
Create the Quote: Scroll down to the "Quotes" section and tap the plus icon next to the heading. This will open a form similar to the one for creating a job.
Set the start date (the suggested completion date) and the quote expiry date.
You can enter a specific address or leave it blank to use the customer's address.
Optionally, set a frequency if the job is a recurring one.
In the "Services" section, specify the services and their prices.
Use the notes section here to add details that will appear on the quote, which is useful for itemising different parts of the job.
You can also specify the price and duration for each service if not already entered.
Add internal notes that will only appear if the quote is converted to a job later.
Specify the assignee for the job.
Open the Quote: After saving, open the new quote.
View and Share: Tap the "View" button at the top of the screen. This will open the quote as a web page that you can easily share with your customer.
Open the Quote: Once the customer approves the quote, open it from the customer's profile.
Convert: Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the "Convert to Job" button.
Finalise: The new job will now appear in your Planner, ready to be scheduled and managed like any other job.
