Based in Birmingham’s brand new Fazeley Studios complex, Fullrange is a full service video production company and facilities house. We’re currently looking for an ambitions, entry level video editor to join our post-production team.
Description
Carrying out crucial work for our important clients you will be part of a busy post production team responsible for logging and capturing, video editing, basic sound and colour correction and encoding / DVD authoring to the highest standards using Apple’s Final Cut Studio suite. Other duties include mastering, archiving and transfers.
You will be expected to work in a variety of circumstances, including independently, directly with clients or in conjunction with in-house producers. This will include attending meetings and client briefings, working on client bids and proposals, providing technical support, managing your own workload and meeting deadlines.
Working across a range of broadcast, corporate and drama projects, this is a great opportunity to expand your skills and potential in a professional environment.
Salary: £15,000 per annum.
Requirements
Essential: initiative, positive attitude, ability to cope under pressure, flexibility, self-discipline, a desire to learn a variety of tasks quickly and successfully, some experience of professional video editing software (Final Cut Pro / Premiere / Avid).
Preferred: Knowledge of new technologies such as RED Digital Cinema and new media delivery formats.
